Incorporation Update

Incorporation Update.  Oceansiders United (petitioners of the incorporation) and the Tillamook County Commissioners have agreed to negotiate an order resolving the issues raised in the recent incorporation hearings, which stretched beyond the deadline for placing the petition on the May 2022 ballot. Under the agreement, the order is to spell out the Board’s reasons in sufficient detail to provide a “roadmap” for presenting evidence when Oceansiders United resubmits the petition for the May 2023 Primary Election.
