- The Middle Housing Code provisions applicable to Oceanside, as required by SB 406 (2023, link below) and regulations OAR 660-046-000 et.seq. (link below). In the law, all areas in Tillamook County are treated as “large cities” by the law. The Large Cities Middle Housing Model Code from the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development is therefore applicable to Oceanside.

Senate Bill 406 passed in 2023 requiring these changes is found here, and the accompanying regulations specifying the implementation are here.
