The Oceanside Community Club announced that it has successfully negotiated a renewal of its lease agreement with the US Postal Service for the post office space at the Community Hall, which was due to expire in 2019. (Whew!) Including renewal options, the new lease runs for another 15 years. Thanks OCC Board!
